I found the hotel really nice. It was small and basic but everything was brand new and perfect!! The location is perfect as republics metro is down the road and no need to get taxis or metro even! The staff were so nice and helpful!!!

I was disappointed that there was no tea/coffee facilities. It would have been great!

Almost all of the beautiful sites in our itinerary are within walking distance from the hotel..Service is excellent, very accomodating staff, they even allowed us to leave our baggage so that we can use our time to go sightseeing while waiting for our check in time at the other hotel(what a pity they did not have rooms available for the remaining days we had to stay in Rome) no wonder why they are always fully booked..VERY Clean and spacious room,equipped with 36" tv, closet, table and a very nice bathroom(with hidromassage shower and of course fresh and clean towels) jug kettle(with free coffee and tea) since they do not provide breakfast, but it was not a problem for us because a few meters from the hotel is a bar where we had our breakfast.. I read a few of the comments before we booked in at this hotel, and some said that the entrance to the hotel is not so nice, it is true because it is located at the first floor of a building(with a lift enough to accomodate our baggage) but the entrance does not matter anyway, the most important thing is the room where you would be after a very tiring day of sightseeing in Rome.

We stayed for two nights and had a great time at Consulta, the hotel is ideally located in central Roma, the room are super clean, well-designed, very quiet considering the location and above all the staff is really awesome! Helpful, friendly and they will give you some good advises. When we will come back to Rome we will for sure stay in the same hotel as it was a superb experience.

No breakfast is served, however some cafes are really close-by.

Very nice room, well decorated and really quiet. Our room faced the back and we did not hear a thing throughout the night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great bathroom too. Excelent location very close to piazza venezia, termini station, fontana di trevi, among other things.

Even though it says public parking available, do not count on it. In fact, a car in Rome is the least thing you need. I wish they offered a breakfast.

Excellent location, staff were extremely keen to help. This is a great place to stay if you want comfort in the heart of the city. A great personal touch was that the receptionist kept our room vacant until 2pm so that we could come back and tidy ourselves up after a long morning walking before our flights home. Rooms very modern, comfortable and as central as you can get in Rome.

The hotel is very well situated with many important tourist sites accessible by walking. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff, both day (Katalina) and evening (older gentleman) were both kind, friendly and extremely helpful. There are many "non-tourist" eating options available near the hotel. Although my room faced a busy street, it did not affect my ability to have a good sleep.

No international (English) channels on TV, although I never really had much interest in watching TV.

Everything was as a 4 star hotel. Perfect!

The street Via Nazionalle is to noisy - the rooms with windows to the yards must be much better.

I liked it all

Very surprised by the quality of this hotel! For the price we paid 90euro, our room was large with comfortable double bed (not two singles pushed together!) plasma tv with good channels, fridge, closet and really big bathroom that had double shower. Everything was brand new and designed like a boutique hotel (stayed October 2012). Staff very helpful We got more than what we paid for in Rome - will be booking this hotel again for sure

The wifi did not work in the room - we sat in the reception area when we needed

The location is perfect. Very clean room, with new furniture and very good bathroom. Katalina is very helpful and sweet.
